Your CO Meter Should Do More Than Beep

Every technician who carries a personal CO meter has the right idea. But here's the question that matters: when that alarm goes off at 35 ppm, do you know exactly what to do? What about at 70 ppm?

measureQuick v3.5.18 answers that question automatically. For the first time, the platform integrates personal CO meters directly into the app, providing continuous background monitoring with threshold-based action instructions aligned to ANSI/BPI-1200 standards. When CO levels rise, you get layered alerts (on-screen, haptic, audible, and Apple Watch) with clear guidance: investigate, ventilate, or evacuate and call emergency services.

Now, the mQ platform goes beyond tools that connect to equipment to provide early warning and actionable guidance about the technician's ambient environment.

CO detectors integrated with measureQuick are detection and alerting instruments only and do not provide personal protection from CO exposure. Technicians remain responsible for following proper safety procedures when hazardous conditions are detected.

Combustion Analysis: The Essentials

After nearly three decades training technicians worldwide, Tyler Nelson identified a persistent industry gap: techs learning to take combustion readings without truly understanding what those numbers mean. His new book, Combustion Analysis: The Essentials, bridges that gap with structured diagnostics, advanced troubleshooting, and a practical section on integrating AI as a thinking partner in the field.
